OVERVIEW
Byte Bars is a vegan snack brand based in Boulder, Colorado. The project involved designing a packaging system for their 6-pack SKUs and creating illustrations to bring playfulness to the brand’s product line.
ROLE & STRATEGY
I supported the team in expanding the existing brand identity into a system that worked across four SKUs. To address excess space on the dieline, I suggested using the back panels for interactive games and puzzles inspired by nostalgic cereal boxes. Working closely with the team, I created the illustrations, wrote copy, and developed game formats, ensuring the packaging felt engaging and on-brand. These ideas resonated with the client and led to an expanded scope and budget.
